Serotonin vs dopamin: Paxil, a serotonin med, will have more GI side effects- nausea, cramping, Bowel changes, since it has a short half life, if not taken regularly some ppl report 'withdrawals' that feel like electric impulses on the nerves. Wellbutrin, a dopamine med, will have more central/autonomic nervous system SE like headaches, bp changes, insomnia, moodiness.
