I got a flat oval red rash, no specific skin texture, the diameter of 1-2 cm on the back and abdomen. there're about 10 of them. itches when touched.

Sounds like: Pityriasis Rosea (a viral skin rash) if so will be limited and go away on its own! (BTW it's NOT contagious!)
