Suggestive of PCO: Your sonographic findings are suggestive of PCO but may not be entirely or necessarily diagnostic for PCO unless the ovarian volume was larger than normal, the multiple follicles numbered 10 to 12 and they measured 5 to 10 mm in diameter.
