No: It is a normal appearing ovary. In pregnancy the US shows the embryonic sac in the uterus or other parts ( if ectopic ).

Need pregnancy test: It sounds like you had an US but the images you mention are of the ovaries, not the uterus. You would need a pregnancy test or US of uterus to determine if you are pregnant.
