You need to be seen: by dentist or at least call for a prescription. Sounds like you have an infection and pus is being pushed out from time to time. If cheeks are involved the infection could be spreading.

Infection: May be residual chronic infection that may be spreading. Sounds like infected tissue periodically drains. Requires immediate treatment. See your Dentist. Referral to an Oral Surgeon may be in order.
