Four of my wisdom teeth taken out. now my right cheek is swollen like goose egg. should i be concerned?

Not necessarily: You just may have post operative swelling... But it is impossible to tell over the internet, sight unseen. That's why you need to call your oral surgeon for a follow up appointment. You might have an infection.

Perhaps: Depends on the time frame. If same day after surgery, within normal limits. If more than a day after surgery, may signify bleeding or infection. In that case, call oral surgeon who will likely want to see you.
