Training time: Yes, you can spilt the time up. It is the total time that is critical. Many people feel best when working out a few minutes each day.

Workout: As long as you are active, you do not need to acgtually work out daily. However, I would work out atleast 3 times per week. If you do HIIT you can make your workouts more efficient! www.thedocstu.com
