Shingles: Shingles generally stays on one side of body. If it crossed over it is unlikely to be shingles. Numbness? Not usually, please see a doc.

I have 3 red lumps on my wrist, its has swelled up and is painfull, it itches and gets numb at times. One has a blister in the center of the spot. As the day progresses its swells more I now noticed that the top on my palm is starting to swell.
