Azithromycin: Azithromycin often causes stomach upset, especially in large single doses (e.g. if you were given a 1 gram dose for STD). Eat a little food, then just sit tight; it will clear up in a few hours. If symptoms continue or any other questions, contact the doctor or clinic treating you. Good luck!
