Yes it is: Upset stomach with or without nausea/vomiting/diarrhea is a side effect of azithromycine.If the upset stomach is not too bad and you can tolerate it then continue with it.But if it is too bad and you can not tolerate it stop and call your doctor andhe/she will advice to stop and change the antibiotic if it is absolutely needed or re examine for a need to continue antibiotics.
