Depends: it depends on how far along you are in pregnancy, dose and whether you've already experienced a miscarriage and completing process. Are you taking this vaginally or under the tongue? You may need to give it 1-2 weeks to work fully. If you experience heavy bleeding then contact you doctor immediately. Without more info, please call your doctor and ask before taking the 2nd pill.
