Misoprostol: If you had only spotting to date, it's not likely that you passed all the tissue. It may take 24 - 48 hours after taking the medication for things to work. In a small percentage of patients, the first dose may not be successful. I would monitor the bleeding for a bit longer. If you had only spotting after several days, i'd see your doctor to find out what is going on.
