I don't get regular periods. My periods are delayed by 2-3 months. Tests (CBC, prolactin, tsh, glucose) are all fine. SHBG is low. Please help.
What other blood tests are recommended if cbc, cmp, and TSH are not remarkable? Symptoms include fatigue and irritability, esp. After exercise?
1. waking up early with headache 2. persistent fatigue/sleepiness. 3. High WBC 11.21; ABS Nuet 8.5. High Complement 4. All other metrics on CBC are fine. CMP test, Strep, Bartinella, T3/4, TSH, Iron, CRP, CGT are fine. No fever. What could this be?
I've have had my period for 22 days with severe cramps. Tsh, CBC and ultrasound were normal. I'm very tired, always cold, and lack an appetite.
