A member asked:

I don't get regular periods. my periods are delayed by 2-3 months. tests (cbc, prolactin, tsh, glucose) are all fine. shbg is low. please help.

Periods irregular: Polycystic ovarian syndrome will account for delays of what may appear to be "menstrual" bleeding, but is actually estrogen withdrawal bleeding without ovulation. See your gyn provider for a pelvic ultrasound, which will illustrate whether multiple cysts are present in your ovaries.
