Myofascial Pain: What you feel as "pea-sized knots" are called trigger points. We all have these little knots but they shouldn't be sore & cause constant pain. Trigger points are common in people who perform repetitive activities, sit for long periods, electronics, poor posture and other factors. There are good treatment options, but start by avoiding repetitive and prolonged sitting. Exercise and healthy diet.
