What spine/posture diseases cause trouble breathing? all of my accessory breathing muscles are sore and have knots. my breathing is constricted by it.

Lungs and spine: Very few, actually. If you had scoliosis that progressed from age 2-4 until now, it is possible. That is when lungs continue to develop along with chest growth. If you had thoracic lordosis (rare), then the thickness of your chest and overall lung capacity would be diminished. Muscle spasm is most likely cause of breathing probs from pain. Luckily, reversible.

Kyphoscoliosis: If you have a deformity of the spine, it might cause issues., if severe. If that is not the problem you should seek out medical attention to determine what else is going on.
