GI bleeding: You have bleeding in the gastrointestinal track. This can be due to ulcers or even tumors. Need to go to se your doctor.

You need colonoscopy: You need to see gastroenterologist who can get more detail history do physical exam to establish cause of rectal bleeding. Probably he will perform colonoscopy to establish source of bleeding.
