Congenital anemia: congenital means 'present at birth', and anemia means abnormal hemoglobin / red blood cells. There are different forms, hereditary and acquired, space isn't sufficient to explain, your best bet is to see your pediatrician for evaluation, common diseases are common and rare diseases are rare, good luck

This could be something as simple as not getting enough blood back from the placenta during delivery, a condition where the blood is not being made or a condition where the blood is breaking down at an excessive rate.
