Not alone: A very bad chronic kidney infection kept going by a stone can cuase anemia of chronic disease. Very seldom is renal bleeding from a stone severe enough to cause iron deficiency.

Not particularly but: Kidney stones can lead to bleeding(hematuria) but it rarely is significant enough to cause anemia(though not unheard of). Also if you have chronic issues with kidney stones it can damage the kidneys(so called chronic kidney disease) and because the kidney help regulate blood count levels(through EPO - a special hormone), if the kidneys secrete less of this, then you can develop anemia.
