Can anti androgens cause anemia in males? thanks

Not by themselves: Look for another cause. Anemia is serious. Even at your age, you have a bleeding ulcer or cancer until proven otherwise.

The most usual: reason androgen blockers/anti androgens are used in males is for treatment of prostate cancer--highly unusual in a 32 year old male. Other indications in men are prostate enlargement and hypersexuality. Loss of muscle mass/strength is the most typically concerning side effect but anemia can develop when testosterone is suppressed by the anti-androgen--needs close monitoring by your Doctor.
