For h-pylori i was prescribed with dexilant 30mg, ranitidine 150mg, and 2 antibiotics. on fifth day, i felt lump bottom throat, is it side effect?

Throat lump: Throat lumps are not usual . can you breath OK? Would go to doc/ ER today as soon as possible and be checked to make sure it is not an allergic reaction to one of the antibiotics. Till then hold off on all the medicine and see if it resolves and take 1 benedryl . Go t odoc / ER today

Lump in throat wont go away. Took pepcid zantac. Was on prilosec for a bit it stopped working. Should i try nexium (esomeprazole)? My cardiologist said to do two pills twice a day. Then go up to 2 pills twice a day. If all fails go to gastro.
I have acid relfux ( acid coming up). PPIs ( Prilosec, Nexium, and Prevacid) give dizziness and swelling in my throat. Doc won't put me on prescription. Zantac and Pepcid isn't strong enough. No h.pylori. Should I take ppi regardless of side effects?
