My 3.5 year old daughter has small red dots on her eyelids and some below her left eye. what is it and what should we do?

If they are new,and: she has fever,persistent vomiting or they are below the neck,please call her doctor now or go to the emergency room.If she has been vomiting and there are no other dots,it could be broken blood vessels from that.If that is the case,it is not serious;they will go away.If they have been there for awhile, they may be a type of "birthmark",caused by overgrowth of blood vessels.
