Not Likely Worth It: Since the Nesbit was made for a particular area of the mouth, even if it could be re-shaped for another area, the cost would be greater and with less pleasing results than to make a new one for the other area in need.

No: It's a custom appliance for that part of your mouth. You'll have to have another one made for a different area. It's all part of the total cost of your dental rehabilitation. And as answered in one of your other posts, they're worthless to everyone except you once they are made. Only you can decide if it's worth the cost of fabrication.

No: It was custom made to fit in that part of your mouth. It cannot be used elsewhere. Today, Most dentists avoid making a one or two tooth Nesbit or tooth borne partial denture because of the danger of it coming off during a fit of coughing and choking the wearer. In any case implants are much better than any removable appliance

False economy: Different size and shape. All restorations are custom made for the area of application. Less expensive and better adaptation/function to make new prosthesis than to try to retrofit old one.
