No. And No.: CHADS2 (& related CHA2DS2-VASc2) scores don't take into account mitral valve repair in calculating the stroke risk. The effects are unquantified (how much does stroke risk reduce if the chamber / atrium size remains the same?). Vascular disease refers to plaque build-up & hardening of the arteries, isn't the same as a leaky or tight heart valve. Talk to your cardiologist to get YOUR risk appraisal
