On the updated version(cha2ds2-vasc) of previous chads vasc 2. is vascular disease the same as mital valve valvular disease ,is it included in score?

NO. Vascular: disease refers to atherosclerotic disease. This is not the same as valvular heart disease. Mitral valvular disease is NOT part of the CHA2DS2-VASc scoring system. Neither is COPD which you appear to have. If you are identified as having Afib (awaiting your monitor) your score is zero but current recommendations and ease of usage would argue for preventative anticoagulation. Discuss with your MD.
