Discuss with Doctor: Pain between shoulder blades, especially in someone with other gastric issues can indicate a problem with your gall bladder. It was the only symptom I had with mine and I had no other issues. Pay attention to if the pain occurs after eating as well as just swallowing. In any event it is something you need to discuss with your MD.
