Does water help memory?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: No, water does not necessarily help with memory. Sometimes when we are dehydrated, that can make people feel a little dizzy or confused. Rehydrating with water can make you feel better in this case, but i'm not aware that just drinking water will improve memory.
