Get checked now.: The loss of memory is NOT typical of a cold. It is also worrying. Stop any over the counter medications you are taking and do not drink alcohol or use any recreational drugs. Do not drive if you have sudden memory loss. Go to the ED now to be sure something is not seriously wrong with your brain.
