Gastritis: Hi Justin, your symptoms are concerning for serious conditions such as ulcer and stomach cancer and you should be seen by a gastroenterologist to possibly have an endoscopy completed if you haven't already. I don't intend to cause you worry or anxiety, but the sooner you are evaluated in person by a stomach specialist, the better. Good luck and I hope you feel well soon.
