Doubt it: It takes a few days for sperm to join with an egg to produce pregnancy.It may happen, but these symptoms sound more like they are caused by the mechanical trauma of sex on your tissues or germs that can be passed in the process.Sit in a warm tub and paddle clean warm water at the area and pee in the tub if you need.It will hurt less.If this continues more than a day you need to have it evaluated.
