Hi there i have been waking up with a sore kidney (my right side) every morning for a few weeks now. i have had this on and off for the last two years. it's only sore in the morning, no other symptoms. my urine is bright yellow now despite lots h2o.

"Kidney pain" ?'s: Persistent right flank pain "only in the AM" for "two years" may not be arising from a kidney. Positional elements in sleep can cause muscular pain on one side. See your primary care physician, who may order appropriate imaging studies, labs to confirm this diagnosis, or refer to a renal specialist.
