No.: With negative serum pregnancy tests, the possability of pregnancy is very unlikely. There can be other reasons for delayed cycles and these can be evaluated by a gynecologist.

Agree with Dr. H: If blood test was negative at 4 days after a missed period, pregnancy is highly unlikely. Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor.
