Had an echocardiogram and stress test, could that detect an abdominal aorta aneurysm?

No: An ultrasound examination of the abdomen would be a better test to detect abdominal aortic aneurysm. It is unlikely that at your age you have abdominal aortic aneurysm.

Abdominal ultrasound: not necessary, you might need abdominal ultrasound, CT scan or MRI to see abdominal aorta aneurysm.
