Depends: Your size and visualization. CT scan can size and see all of thoracic aorta( or abdominal if focused there!) Arch is usually not well seen by echo. At 22 concern would be MARFAN or hypertension, or anomaly, or some other situation to cause aneurysm to be high on list??

Not best test: A trans-esophageal echocardiogram (TEE) is a decent test for diagnosing a thoracic aneurysm. However, a Cat Scan is the best test for evaluating and planning for treatment of a thoracic aneurysm.
