I had and echocardiogram and it came out fine can i ruled out problem with my aorta cause i'm scared cause i can see my upper abdominal beating alot?

Abdominal beating: No you can not rule out abdominal aortic pathology from echo. In thin individuals you can feel abdominal pulsation from aorta. Ultrasound or ct chest/abdomen/pelvis can rule out abdominal aortic aneurysms.
