Post menopause cysts: The incidence of malignant transformation- tuning into cancer is low . In one study < 1%. Most persisted unchanged or resolved spontaneously. Do not worry. http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0301211512000346 Another study http://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/726319 concluded simple ovarian cysts ... was not linked to a later increased risk for ovarian cancer....
