Pressurized tube: With blowing your nostrils in this manner, the concern is that by doing so, you have opened up the Eustachian tube and added air to the canal which opens up on the inside of your eardrum. This can not only be painful, but could result in bursting of your eardrum. See a doctor who can evaluate your eardrum.
