Headache: A proper history and physical exam will help your physician to get to the right diagnosis. There are several possibilities, migraines with autonomic manifestations, allergic rhinitis, cluster headaches. Consider neurologist evaluation. Hope you feel better soon.

2nd opinion...: May want to get a 2nd opinion from an ENT or an allergist. Sounds like a sinus issue.
