It feels like i have water in my ear tried over the counter drops and when i cleaned my ear a few hours later there was blood on the qtip what to do?

Ear fullness: Please do not use Q-tips in your ear .You can not see what you are doing and can cause trauma and bleeding and possibly damage the ear drum. You may have fluid behind your ear drum ( which is why OTC is not working , it is not in the canal) and could use antihistamines and or drops with steroids to relieve the fluid . Follow up with doc /urgent care
