Meniere's disease:: Inner ear disorder causing vertigo (episodes of feeling as if you're spinning). Valium and promethazine may help vertigo and anxiety. Vestibular rehabilitation therapy might improve balance. Psychotherapy re anxiety management strategies may help. A Meniett pulse generator applies pulses of pressure to the ear canal through a ventilation tube. Limit salt and manage stress. Best regards for relief.
