Ongoing battle: Depends what is causing it. Like most things in life, it is a constant war between the forces trying to grind us down and our efforts to survive. Good dental hygiene is important as is having our teeth professionally cleaned as our diet. And certain medicines good for our heart may be detrimental for our oral health. Vigilance, vigilance!
