What is a normal range for blood glucose for a non diabetic after a late night meal? For example, If I had a carb heavy meal at around 12am and my glucose was at 111 the next morning
Took my BS yesterday 2 hours after a big carb meal because I was very sleepy it was 200. This morning fasting was 113 2 hour after no carbs breakfast 83 I am very confused, is this OK? I am not diabetic but I'm obese and my father is diabetic?
