It is hard to survive with only 60g of carbohydrates a day even you try your best to cut down the carbohydrates intake. If you are on a diet with 1,800 KCal a day, 40% of that from the carbohydrates then you can eat a total 180g of carbohydrates a day and it should be divided in 3 small main meals and 2 snacks. You should also limit simple carbohydrates such as sugar or concentrated sweets.
