Eye test: You need to see an optometrist or ophthalmologist for a proper examination. This could be due to vision deterioration or inflammation around the eye muscles. There's always a likelihood of your temporal arteries getting inflamed as well which is a medical emergency. Can you please see your dr immediately

Possibilities?: I don't know how old you are, but temporal arteritis would be my "worst case scenario" thought right now. This can be suggested by your story. A blood test (see rate) would give us more circumstantial evidence as to this diagnosis. This should be investigated quickly, though, so go see your doctor in follow-up right away.
