Maybe consider it: Don't know if the person who prescribed the antibiotic saw you and knew you were pregnant at the time. Regardless, if it were deemed to require antibiotics it may be more serious than usual. It that's the case, the benefits of antibiotic (preventing worsening infection) may be worth the (usually considered small) risk of antibiotics. There are many antibiotics we safely give during pregnancy.
