Symptoms: Those are MRI findings you recited. More importantly what type of symptoms are you having? When did you injure your back? How did you injure your back? Tarlov cysts at the sacral level are usually not pathologic . Fractures of the pars interarticularis are not necessarily painful. See your primary care doc for eval, Physical Therapy, Core strengthing, diet , good sleep regimine, for starters
