Tooth aches why?: 30 M: Why does my tooth really hurt when I eat sugar or drink something really cold? ANS: Most likely you have a cavity that is eating its way into the nerve at the root of your tooth and will kill it. See a dentist please. Your are too young to have dentures. Even in Canada -Hey!

Carious Lesion ?: Certainly a possibility. Cracked filling, cracked tooth, even gum recession. Without an examination and a radiograph, can't say for sure. Why not visit a local dentist? You need to determine the cause and treat the problem.
