See your dentist: This means the nerve endings of the tooth are exposed and there is probably a cavity on the tooth. See your dentist asap.

Possibly indicates: A cavity requiring a filling. Sensitivity to cold and sweet can also be the result of gum recession and root exposure. Best to be seen by a dentist to be diagnosed and appropriately treated.
