Short pain under both breasts, ribs? i have tachycardia and had an echocardiogram that showed no blockages so i don't think it could be heart related

There are many: different diagnoses that can cause symptoms as you describe. The fact that you have tachycardia in association with the pain is worrisome. An echo will not show blockages unless there are associated wall motion abnormalities but your age and sex make it unlikely this is from coronary artery disease. You need a thorough evaluation with history and additional testing. See a health care provider now.
