See Dr: Assuming you have Hemorrhoids, there are Creams that can help with the itch and decrease inflammation and swelling. Increasing fluids and assuring your stools are soft and not large and hard (which the latter will increase your risk of Hemorrhoids) will help as well. See a Dr. to be sure you are diagnosed and they can Rx proper meds. Best wishes.
